I am playing the 12 DNA Activation tracks on my Mp3 player about every 3 or 4 days as I feel that's enough.

"Listening to these frequencies produces a powerful effect, I feel warm currents of energy in my body, a lovely feeling of lightness of being afterwards. I feel to use visuaise the colour suggested for each frequency can enhance the process even more, and I prefer to listen with headphones.
